Vote # 35, # 34 & # 33 VOTE HERE!!!

Ayon sa PEBA, during the final round and judging period the 2009 PEBA Selection Committee will request nominees to accomplish a survey form. The committee will then evaluate nominees based on the following criteria:
1) Content 30%
2) Blog Element 15 %
3) Visibility/Metrics 15 %
4) Voting/Popularity 10%
5) Judges Vote 15%
6) Entry Blog Post 15%

Thanks for your time.

World May Turn to Natural Products for Prevention of Deadly Disease Swine Flu has hit pandemic proportions. The world has become inundated with media coverage on this virus, which seems to be popping up everywhere.

(Thanks to Edwin Mamaril – one of DXN Eagles www.EdwinMamaril.info, for sharing the article).

“Dr. Keiji Fukuda, the Assistant Director-General for Health Security and Environment of WHO, pointed out that it is too late to contain the swine flu.” Containment is not a feasible operation. Countries should now focus on mitigating the effect of the virus," he said. He also stressed that the experts did not recommend closing borders or restricting travel. "With the virus being widespread… closing borders or restricting travel really has very little effects in stopping the movement of this virus," according to Wikipedia.

What’s a world to do? Well, aside from the typical suggestions of proper hygiene and seeing a doctor when you being to show symptoms of the flu. There is now evidence showing that the use of Spirulina may in fact protect an individual from swine flu.

According to Ambassador Remigio M. Maradona, Director General of the Intergovernmental Institution for the Use of Micro-Algae Spirulina Against Malnutrition (IIMSAM), spirulina has a lot of organic materials that can be helpful to protect from the fatal swine flu.  Maradona claims that research shows that Spirulina can be used against, not only swine flu but also other viruses because of its immunostimulant effects.

“Immunostimulators are substances (drugs and nutrients) that stimulate the immune system by inducing activation or increasing activity of any of its components.”

If this is true, consumers ought to embrace yet another natural product that is readily available to them not only to prevent the onsite of swine flu but also to maintain optimal health. (Source: Wikipedia)

Aside from DXN Spirulina we have also DXN Reishi, DXN Cordyceps and DXN Morinzhi (The Fantastic Four) available for total wellness and disease prevention.

General Spirulina Information: “Spirulina is a genus of blue-green algae used as a nutritional supplement. Blue-green algae, which are microscopic fresh-water organisms, are also known as cyanobacteria. Their color is derived from the green pigment of chlorophyll, and the blue from a protein called phycocyanin. The species most commonly recommended for use as a nutritional supplement are Spirulina maxima and Spirulina platensis. These occur naturally in warm, alkaline, salty, brackish lakes, but are also commonly grown by aquaculture and harvested for commercial use. Spirulina contains many nutrients, including B vitamins, beta-carotene, gamma-linolenic acid, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, potassium, selenium, zinc, bioflavonoid, and protein.” (Source: Alternative Medicine Encyclopedia) 13 May 2009 04:41

Thanks to http://www.youtube.com/user/TheABSCBNNews.

DXN is a modern grocery store. Its mission is to promote "Good Health to the World" through the "Good and High Quality Products" and it offers "Business Opportunity" to anyone – regardless his/her profession and career.

Wise Consumerism

There are two types of Consumers: (1) Regular Consumers (2) Wise consumers

The Regular Consumers are people who are loyal to purchasing grocery items from supermarkets and grocery stores without receiving any awards from the store owners. Their expenses are categorized as "Monthly Expenses".

The Wise Consumers are the DXN members. They enjoy a "Lifetime Privilege Card" which is recognized worldwide and "Cash Discount" of 15% – 25% from all the items purchased from the DXN centers around the world.

To become a DXN Wise Consumer is simply and easy to follow. One should start to change the brands of products that he is normally using or consuming everyday. Example: Juices and beverages, personal care and skin care, food supplements (Vitamins and Minerals) to DXN Healthy Products.

Why you should change your grocery items to DXN products? Obviously, DXN products are good and high quality compared to other commercial products. They are manufactured with special ingredients with 200 active elements that help invigorating our body system. From purchasing DXN products you will earn points. And for every 100 points value (PV) earned per month is subject for cash rebates.

Why DXN has no Advertisement? DXN is a Network Marketing – Its distributors are paid to promote, distribute, and to sell its products and services to people.

There are Three Methods that Generate Income at DXN:

(1) Usage Business – Being a DXN Wise Consumer you will enjoy the benefits of good and healthy products and a lifetime discounts of 15% – 25%. You will earn points everytime you purchase DXN items for personal use and those points earned are subject for cash rebates.

(2) Recommendation Business (Extra Income) – By endorsing the products to people (consumers/customers) you will earn a retail profits from 15% – 25% of every product purchased including its points value.

(3) Invitation Business (Career Opportunity) – Invite your friends, friends of friends. Teach them how to become DXN Wise Consumer Members. The moment they became DXN members you will earn commission from all the items purchased from DXN grocery stores.

(Special mention to Wikipedia for these photos)

candle for the soul

Ako’y lumuhod at umusal ng ilang kataga

Mahal Namin Kayo, Inay: Happy Birthday Oktubre 20, 2009

Watch the video.

Mahal Namin Kayo, Inay: Happy Birthday

Kaming magsasabing: Maraming salamat
Mahal Namin Kayo, Inay. Happy Birthday!

Nang Malasing Si Adan… Oktubre 18, 2009

200px-Lucas_Cranach_the_Elder-Adam_and_Eve_1533 (Thanks to Wikipedia for this photo) Si Kerr ay kasama ko sa trabaho for 5 years from late 1997 to 2002.

Malinis siyang tingnan.

Matulungin at maawain siyang tao.

That morning I was feeling confused. I had no idea why Kerr has invited me sa isang trip dahil noon ay holiday dito, at may apat kaming araw na bakasyon pagkatapos ng Ramadan in 2001. He has so many friends though he has chosen me! But I like his company. I know I’d enjoy being with him, I thought.

Next day, I kept myself busy: packing all the things that I would need for the trip: some underwear, toothbrush, t – shirts, jacket, pants and towel. I put them in a black backpack. Then took my shower, changed my clothes and waited Kerr for airport.

Exactly four-thirty PM we boarded the plane for Bahrain. It took the plane for about 55 minutes to reach Bahrain airport. There we took a limousine to Gulf Hotel. We checked in to a single room good for two, put our baggage in order and took some nap for hours.

At eight-thirty we woke up, refreshed with some cold waters, then walked down to the restaurant located at the ground floor of the hotel to eat dinner. I ordered beef stake with chilly and garlic sauces and for Kerr were soup, fried eggs and vegetable salad. While eating, Kerr suggested that after dinner, we would have to hang on to a beer house. He also explained to me that Bahrain was already an open country to enjoy drinking wine, beer and many more.

After dinner, we left hotel going to a beer house which was only a walking distance from the hotel we’ve checked in. There we found an empty table. We ordered beer and enjoyed drinking them. I noticed that the waiters were friendly. Chatting, giggling and laughing with them have flavored the night.

Exactly 12:30 AM we left the place and went back to the Hotel. I had rosy cheeks and was a little groggy. I decided to take a shower. I took off my clothes. The shower room was in the front of Kerr’s bed. I walked into the shower room with the towel around my waist, passing through at the left side of Kerr, whom that time was on bed half-asleep. I didn’t close the door fully. I started to bathe. I looked back and noticed Kerr was looking at me!

I opened the door a little more. Kerr inclined back and continued to look. I couldn’t understand what was in my mind during that time. Ang alam ko I wanted to fool Kerr and to know his reaction. I turned around and faced Kerr while I soaped my wet body.

Fooling off in front of someone else really added something to experience for me. I took it slow, watching Kerr reactions then I rinsed off, enwrapped the towel around myself, went back to my bed and put my clothes back on.

But unknown to me, Kerr had other thrill. I was about to lie down in my bed when Kerr touched my back. Kerr whispered, “Maybe… you want massage. I’ll do it for you.”

I just nodded. I removed my short, t-shirt leaving my underwear. Then I faced down on my bed and waited Kerr’s first stroke. Kerr took a lotion. He poured the lotion into his hands, and then started massaging my body. He started pressing my shoulders and back. Then he asked, “Is it strong enough?”

“The pressure is fine,” I replied.

Kerr’s hands were strong and firm. For me lying there felt nice. Kerr would re-apply the lotion and continue to press. He pressed at the top where my stub met the spinal column, then both his hands worked together.
When he was done with my upper back, Kerr suggested, “Turn over.”

I agreed without any question and hesitation. Kerr looked at me. My eyes met his. And then Kerr looked down at my unclad body.

At this time Kerr was working on my legs. I felt very nice, specially when Kerr would reach the top of my legs then on my arms and then my legs, then to my belly.

That time bigla akong bumalikwas at natulak ko siyang pababa sa sahig. Ako’y umupo sa tagiliran ng kama at sabay sabi, “We better sleep now, dude. It’s already morning!”

Bigla siyang tumayo at niyakap ako. I looked at Kerr amused. Ngunit pilit pa rin n’ya akong niyayapos closer to him.

“Are you OK?” I asked him. “Tell me what’s wrong with you man?”
